Bourbon Borgstein has started the contract with Total Congo


Earlier this year we reported that we had secured a 28 months firm contract for Bourbon Borgstein with Total Congo in direct continuation of the Total Angola job. The vessel has now started the job in Congo and the first crew change is scheduled for the 12th Sept.


As the rig is not yet on location, Total Congo desire to sub let the vessel until ca 14 th Sept upon which 2 ROVs will be fitted onboard the vessel. At the present moment the vessel is said to be scheduled to be sublet back to Total Angola for ca 1 month for fuel supply and standby work for an FPSO.
